Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our online retail operations on platforms such as Shopify and Amazon. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about e-commerce, have strong organizational skills, and can efficiently manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure seamless online sales processes. The E-commerce Virtual Assistant will play a critical role in maintaining product listings, managing inventory, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings on Shopify and Amazon, including descriptions, images, and pricing.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.

  • Process orders, track shipments, and handle order-related issues promptly.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Assist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and SEO optimization for product pages.

  • Generate performance reports and provide insights to improve sales and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow and operational excellence.

  • Conduct competitor research and suggest strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools and digital marketing basics (SEO, PPC, email campaigns).

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of order management, inventory control, and customer service best practices.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or virtual assistant roles.

  • Prior experience managing Shopify and Amazon stores is highly desirable.

  • Experience in customer support, digital marketing, or product management is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible work-from-home schedule, typically Monday to Friday.

  • Expected availability: 4–6 hours/day, with potential for full-time engagement based on performance.

  • Remote coordination with the team across different time zones may be required.
