Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and voice calls.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline support operations.
Monitor and report on customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in using digital tools such as CRM systems, MS Office, and online chat platforms.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Experience
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related role.
Experience in remote work or online customer support is highly preferred.
