Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction at all times.
Deliver outstanding service across all hotel departments, including front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, and guest relations.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards as per Jumeirahs brand requirements.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously to ensure a seamless experience.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to uphold a positive and service-focused work environment.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and grooming standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-first mindset.
A passion for hospitality and luxury service.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Strong teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Basic computer literacy and knowledge of hotel management systems preferred.
Experience
Previous experience in the hospitality sector, especially in a 4 or 5-star hotel, is preferred but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates and enthusiastic individuals with a desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry are also encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
Full-time role with flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Typical shift duration: 8–9 hours per day (rotational schedule based on department needs).
