Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective online English lessons to students of various age groups and proficiency levels.

Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
Manage virtual classroom tools efficiently and ensure a smooth teaching experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or any related field.
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Comfortable using online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or proprietary LMS tools.
A stable internet connection, functional computer/laptop, and quality headset.
Experience
Previous online or offline teaching experience is an advantage, though fresh graduates passionate about education are encouraged to apply.
Experience in teaching ESL (English as a Second Language) or working with international students will be a strong plus.
Working Hours
Flexible schedule based on student time zones (options available for both part-time and full-time).
Teachers may choose from weekday and weekend slots.
Minimum commitment of 10–15 hours per week is preferred.
