The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Executive to join our remote team in the Singapore region. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients across the Singapore region.
Identify new business opportunities and growth strategies within existing accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to ensure client satisfaction and solution delivery.
Create customized account plans and execute strategies to meet revenue goals and client objectives.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to maintain a strong competitive edge.
Prepare and deliver detailed business reviews and sales reports to management.
Drive account renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities to expand client value.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in account management or sales, preferably within B2B or enterprise environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to manage complex client relationships with a consultative sales approach.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accountability.
Experience
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in strategic account management, client relations, or enterprise sales.
Experience working in technology, SaaS, or digital services sectors is a strong advantage.
Working Hours
