Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients across the Singapore region.

  • Identify new business opportunities and growth strategies within existing accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to ensure client satisfaction and solution delivery.

  • Create customized account plans and execute strategies to meet revenue goals and client objectives.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to maintain a strong competitive edge.

  • Prepare and deliver detailed business reviews and sales reports to management.

  • Drive account renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities to expand client value.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in account management or sales, preferably within B2B or enterprise environments.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong ability to manage complex client relationships with a consultative sales approach.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).

  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accountability.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in strategic account management, client relations, or enterprise sales.
