Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care and emotional support to patients in hospital wards, clinics, or specialized units.
Administer medications and monitor patients vital signs in accordance with physician instructions and medical protocols.
Collaborate closely with doctors, therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and reports while adhering to confidentiality and data protection standards.
Educate patients and families about treatments, recovery plans, and preventive healthcare measures.
Participate in health promotion programs and continuous quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare facility.
Comply with Singapores healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and institutional safety policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Midwifery, or any recognized Healthcare field.
Valid nursing license or registration in the home country.
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Ability to work compassionately with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hospital management systems.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare centers (Fresh graduates may also apply and will be considered for training positions).
Prior experience in departments such as general medicine, ICU, pediatrics, emergency, or geriatric care is highly desirable.
Working Hours
Full-time employment with 8 to 12-hour shifts, depending on hospital scheduling.
Rotational shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as per Singapores healthcare standards.
