Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, email, and paid advertising.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Create compelling marketing content for campaigns, newsletters, product launches, and social media posts.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and revenue targets.
Manage and optimize website content for SEO and improve user engagement.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
Coordinate virtual marketing events, webinars, and online promotions.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, or brand promotion.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, SEO/SEM, and online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create and manage engaging content across digital channels.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Experience in managing digital campaigns and social media strategies that deliver measurable results.
Working Hours
Flexible working hours with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving weekly goals.
Core collaboration hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Singapore Time).
