Unarmed Security Guard - Weekly Pay and Benefits

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires keen observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00/hr weekly pay and benefits.

Hours: Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 2pm to 10pm.

Duties

  • Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
  • Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
  • Document all incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports for future reference.

Requirements

  • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
