Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end travel requirements including flight, hotel, transport, and tour package bookings.

  • Provide professional travel advice, options, and alternatives to meet client needs and budgets.

  • Manage inquiries and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure bookings and negotiate the best deals.

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and travel documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.

  • Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and destination knowledge to offer expert recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Travel Desk Executive, Travel Consultant, or in a similar role within the tourism or hospitality industry.

  • Proven track record of managing corporate or leisure travel requirements successfully.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Flexibility to support urgent travel requests outside regular hours when required.

  • In-depth knowledge of international and domestic travel regulations, visa processes, and travel documentation.
