The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Booking Coordinator to join our dynamic hospitality group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing travel arrangements for our clients and internal teams. You will serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related inquiries, ensuring all bookings align with client expectations and company standards. Key Responsibilities
Manage and process travel requests, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and other logistics.
Serve as the main liaison between clients, travel vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate booking records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Provide professional advice and travel recommendations to optimize customer experience.
Monitor travel itineraries and resolve any issues or last-minute changes with efficiency.
Negotiate with suppliers and partners to secure the best rates and value-added services.
Ensure clear communication of travel policies, procedures, and updates to employees and clients.
Support group travel arrangements for events, conferences, and hospitality-related programs.
Stay updated on travel trends, hospitality standards, and destination insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in travel booking platforms, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
Previous experience working with global travel suppliers and vendors is an advantage.
Background in group travel or corporate hospitality is desirable.
Working Hours
Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
Standard office hours, Monday to Friday.
Flexibility required for occasional evenings, weekends, or urgent travel support.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
In-depth understanding of hospitality and travel industry practices.
Knowledge of booking engines, GDS systems, and online travel platforms.
