Job Summary

The Elite Job, a fast-growing and customer-focused organization in the field of educational services, is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential students and parents, introducing them to our range of educational solutions. You will be responsible for building relationships, explaining course details, addressing queries, and ultimately helping individuals make informed decisions about their education. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote educational services and programs.

  • Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information regarding courses, admission procedures, and benefits.

  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messaging platforms to nurture interest and encourage enrollment.

  • Maintain an updated database of calls and leads in the CRM system.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

  • Address customer questions and concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.

  • Work closely with the sales and counseling team to support enrollment goals.

  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, concerns, and trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.

  • Strong listening and persuasive skills.

  • Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated.

  • Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).

  • High level of confidence, patience, and customer service orientation.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.

  • Prior experience in the education sector will be an added advantage, but freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Full-time role: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

  • Sunday fixed weekly off.
