Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable insurance policies.
Handle inbound inquiries from customers with professionalism and efficiency.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM systems.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, company products, and competitors.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse customer groups.
Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in tele-sales or insurance.
Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
Full-time position.
Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
Occasional flexibility may be required to meet client needs.
