Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware-related issues.
Provide step-by-step guidance to customers to resolve technical concerns.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary.
Document customer interactions, reported issues, and applied solutions in the system.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry developments.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve product knowledge and customer support processes.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and empathetic service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware-related problems.
Good understanding of basic computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Experience
Minimum of 1–2 years in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a customer service role within the hardware or technology sector.

Knowledge of diagnostic tools and hardware troubleshooting methods is an advantage.
Working Hours
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
