Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and research.
Create compelling job postings that reflect the culture and goals of each startup client.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment with company values.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Support employer branding initiatives to position The Elite Job and our clients as employers of choice in the tech space.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Demonstrated passion for talent acquisition and the technology/startup ecosystem.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR within a fast-paced environment (preferably in the tech or startup sector).
Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
Proven track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical roles.
Working Hours
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Core working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility available to accommodate client needs across time zones).
Occasional availability outside regular hours may be required for urgent recruitment projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent pipelines, and candidate engagement.
Knowledge of current trends in tech hiring and startup recruitment challenges.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
High adaptability and problem-solving skills in a rapidly changing environment.
