The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Survey Analyst to join our Research & Development team. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop survey questionnaires tailored to project objectives and research goals.
Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative survey data.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and validity throughout the survey lifecycle.
Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and present results through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Collaborate with research teams, product developers, and stakeholders to align survey results with organizational needs.
Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices in survey methodology.
Use statistical tools and software to perform advanced data analysis.
Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple survey projects simultaneously.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Market Research, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms) and statistical software (SPSS, R, or Python).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present technical findings in a clear and engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Experience
2–4 years of proven experience in survey design, research analysis, or data interpretation.
Experience working in a research-driven environment or consultancy is highly desirable.
Familiarity with experimental design and large-scale survey projects is a plus.
Working Hours
Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
