The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals and customer expectations.
Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Identify, negotiate, and build strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials and products.
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce excess stock and minimize stockouts while optimizing working capital.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, finance, and customer service to forecast demand and address supply challenges.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics and generate reports to recommend process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Implement and maintain supply chain software systems and technologies to streamline operations and data accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce sectors.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, inventory control, and transportation logistics.
Proficiency in supply chain software (ERP, WMS, TMS) and data analytics tools.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
Problem-solving approach with attention to detail and accuracy.
Understanding of compliance standards and quality management systems.
Experience
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management roles.
Experience handling large-scale projects and managing teams.
Proven track record of implementing supply chain improvements that resulted in cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Working Hours
Full-time role
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Occasional requirement to work beyond standard hours during peak periods or project deadlines.
