Warehouse & Ski Shop Team Member – Pelican Sport Center (Northern NJ)

Pelican Sport Center is a locally owned leader in outdoor sporting goods, pools, patio furniture, grills, hot tubs, and seasonal equipment in northern New Jersey. We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our ski shop and warehouse team. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn new skills and be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Pull and build customer orders
  • Receive and organize inbound shipments
  • Load trucks for outbound deliveries
  • Tune skis and snowboards during the winter season (training provided)
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
  • Assist with local product deliveries when needed
  • Take on additional projects as assigned by the manager

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be 17+ years old
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
  • Weekend availability required
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn — ski/snowboard knowledge a plus, but not required

Schedule

  • Full-time and part-time roles available
  • Overtime opportunities during peak seasons
  • Flexible scheduling during slower times of year (great for college students)

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

  • Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Ski Shop Technician : 1 year (Preferred)
