Job Summary
The Server is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, delivering food and beverages promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system (Toast experience preferred).
  • Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
  • Provide attentive service throughout the meal, anticipating guest needs and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables quickly.
  • Process payments accurately, including cash, credit, and gift cards.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting tables, stocking server stations, and side work.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Friendly, professional attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $2.13 per hour
