Who We're Seeking:

  • A collaborative individual with the drive to achieve
  • An attentive listener who maintains a positive attitude and displays an outgoing personality
  • Ideally, 2+ years of experience in retail sales, although this is not mandatory (Training will be provided for the right candidate)
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Competence in using modern electronic gadgets, such as tablets and touch screens
  • Openness and willingness to commit to a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Primary Responsibilities as a Full Time Retail Sales Associate:

  • Welcoming customers and encouraging interaction
  • Identifying customers' home furnishing requirements to assist in turning their design dreams into reality
  • Driving sales via a consultative approach
  • Developing relationships with customers by utilizing exceptional interpersonal abilities and listening skills. Earning their trust through sincere communication that is integrity-driven
  • Promoting extra products that complement the customer's selected items
  • Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets
  • Explaining also the benefits of financing and protection plans
  • Demonstrating the value of our product range and how these benefits can fulfill the customer's needs

Annual compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, depending on the amount of commission and specific role within the company.
