Restaurant Manager

Job Description:
Clemente’s Pizzeria is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and deliver excellent customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role with room to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the pizzeria
  • Supervise and schedule staff across all departments
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and service
  • Handle ordering, inventory, and vendor relations
  • Train and motivate team members
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety & labor compliance
