As a Remote Admin Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing efficiency, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced HR outsourcing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR outsourcing operations, including document preparation, data entry, and record management.

  • Coordinate and track HR-related processes such as onboarding, payroll documentation, employee contracts, and compliance reports.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate HR or management team when required.

  • Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and HR metrics for client and internal review.

  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, interviews, and HR project timelines.

  • Collaborate with HR consultants, payroll specialists, and compliance officers to ensure smooth client service delivery.

  • Continuously improve administrative processes to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS or CRM platforms.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Professional discretion and ability to handle sensitive HR data confidentially.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of administrative support experience, preferably within HR, staffing, outsourcing, or professional services.

  • Experience in a remote or virtual working environment is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with HR outsourcing processes, payroll, or compliance functions is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Remote position with flexible working arrangements.

  • Core availability required between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT/UTC) to support global operations and client needs.
