As a Remote Admin Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing efficiency, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced HR outsourcing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR outsourcing operations, including document preparation, data entry, and record management.
Coordinate and track HR-related processes such as onboarding, payroll documentation, employee contracts, and compliance reports.
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate HR or management team when required.
Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and HR metrics for client and internal review.
Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, interviews, and HR project timelines.
Collaborate with HR consultants, payroll specialists, and compliance officers to ensure smooth client service delivery.
Continuously improve administrative processes to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS or CRM platforms.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Professional discretion and ability to handle sensitive HR data confidentially.
Experience
Minimum of 2–3 years of administrative support experience, preferably within HR, staffing, outsourcing, or professional services.
Experience in a remote or virtual working environment is highly desirable.
Familiarity with HR outsourcing processes, payroll, or compliance functions is an advantage.
Working Hours
Remote position with flexible working arrangements.
Core availability required between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT/UTC) to support global operations and client needs.
