Quality Tester

Conduct the inspection and testing on in-coming, in-process and finished product and record accordingly according to the set of QCP. - Isolate and identify defective products and feedback to Production Operators and Section Leader. - Report to the QC Section Leader / QC / QA Manager of any quality discrepancy observed during the inspection and testing. - Certify product assurance status stamps on semi-products. - In-charge of the labelling of raw materials, semi-products and finished goods. - Update approved finished products to Enterprise (IBS). - Conduct trial run inspection for new products development. - Assist QC Section Leader on various types of testing on existing products such as fire resistant; - flame retardant; flammability test on Limiting Oxygen Index & Temperature Index; ageing test; circuit integrity test etc. - Assist Section Leader to prepare the sample boards based on sales request - Prepare the customer test reports - Perform documentation of process flow traceability. - Assist in cable repairing work at the job site.
