Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our growing retail chain team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our retail stores, supporting leadership in implementing business strategies, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will act as a key link between our store teams, suppliers, and management, ensuring that processes run seamlessly while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operational activities across multiple retail store locations.

  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure timely distribution of products.

  • Collaborate with store managers to address operational challenges and implement best practices.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

  • Support the development and execution of operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Generate reports and analyze data to track performance, sales trends, and operational improvements.

  • Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

  • Provide training and guidance to store teams on operational procedures and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and retail management systems.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain coordination, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in a multi-store retail environment is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Flexibility required during peak retail periods, weekends, and holidays as needed.
