Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-structured, efficient work environment.
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product/service information promptly and professionally.
Maintain records, manage files, and update internal databases for improved workflow and reporting.
Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and supporting team members.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
Support onboarding processes for new employees and assist in training as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in office administration or customer service roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or related roles.
Experience in handling client interactions and complaint resolution.
Prior experience in managing office operations, documentation, and scheduling is a plus.
Working Hours
Full-time position
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Occasional extended hours based on workload or project deadlines.
