Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-structured, efficient work environment.

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product/service information promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain records, manage files, and update internal databases for improved workflow and reporting.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and supporting team members.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.

  • Support onboarding processes for new employees and assist in training as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or related roles.

  • Experience in handling client interactions and complaint resolution.

  • Prior experience in managing office operations, documentation, and scheduling is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Occasional extended hours based on workload or project deadlines.
