Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our fast-growing online coaching business. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, supporting client acquisition strategies, and driving engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
Create, edit, and schedule engaging content tailored to our coaching audience.
Monitor analytics and prepare reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
Support SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising efforts.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas for brand growth and client engagement.
Maintain and update the companys CRM system and mailing lists.
Assist in the coordination of online events, webinars, and workshops.
Research industry trends and competitor activities to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant and competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing platforms.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or digital communication role, preferably in online businesses or coaching/consulting industries.
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Familiarity with online coaching or personal development sectors is desirable but not required.
Working Hours
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
Flexible working hours with some overlap required with the teams core business hours.
Remote work with occasional virtual meetings and training sessions.
