The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Payroll Administrator to join our HR Services team. Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and processing of employee payroll in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support the payroll team in maintaining accurate employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.
Verify and input timesheets, deductions, and benefits into the payroll system.
Respond to employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and general HR services in a professional and timely manner.
Help ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal audit requirements.
Collaborate with HR colleagues on administrative tasks, including reporting and documentation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable learning new payroll/HR systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
Previous experience in payroll, HR administration, or finance (internship, placement, or entry-level role) is preferred but not essential.
Recent graduates or individuals with relevant vocational training are welcome to apply.
Working Hours
Full-time role: Monday to Friday
Standard office hours with flexibility depending on business needs
