Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Analyst to join our dynamic supply chain operations team. As a Junior Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting operational performance, analyzing supply chain metrics, and ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support decision-making.
Monitor supply chain performance metrics (inventory levels, lead times, service levels, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
Assist in identifying process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Support the implementation of operational initiatives and strategic projects.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely flow of goods and information.
Maintain accurate documentation of operational activities and prepare presentations for senior management.
Utilize data visualization tools and reporting software to track performance and highlight trends.
Provide support in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Experience
0–2 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field (internships and academic projects will be considered).
Previous exposure to data analytics or supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage but not required.
Working Hours
Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
Standard office hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), with occasional flexibility required depending on project deadlines and operational needs.
