Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize raw data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Conduct statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in datasets.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support research projects by providing accurate and timely data insights.
Collaborate with senior analysts, project managers, and research leads to ensure data integrity.
Assist in preparing presentations, charts, and infographics to communicate findings effectively.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and company policies.
Continuously monitor data quality and suggest process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Basic knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Experience
0–2 years of professional experience in data analysis, market research, or a similar role.
Internship or academic project experience in handling large datasets will be considered an advantage.
Working Hours
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Flexibility required during peak project deadlines.
Hybrid/remote working options may be available depending on project needs.
