Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly chat-based support to customers using the Food Delivery App.

  • Identify customer concerns quickly and provide accurate, effective solutions.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when required.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems and tools.

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, logistics) to resolve customer queries efficiently.

  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and quality standards.
