Key Responsibilities
Handle daily office operations including scheduling, filing, and correspondence to ensure efficiency and organization.
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage client accounts, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and assist with project tracking.

Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in administration, customer service, or related fields.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience

Working Hours
Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
