HVAC Install Helper

Job Overview
We are seeking a HVAC Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some hands on experience in the HVAC field (or general mechanical/contractor experience). This role requires the ability to work with various HVAC equipment and tools. The HVAC Helper will be responsible for assisting lead installers with HVAC system installations.

Duties

  • Assist lead installers with HVAC installations.
  • Transporting tools/equipment and preparing job sites.
  • Supporting the team with cleanup.
  • Follow safety protocols while working on-site.

Qualifications

  • Some level of HVAC experience in the field or through school, preferred
  • EPA Certification, preferred
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • A strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time
