Your role & responsibilities
• Provides knowledge and expertise in a specific topic and business area of the organization.
• Defining pr
ocedures on a specific process, supporting the clarity of the process and policies, deliver business rules and procedures.
• Provide suggested input and execute a process user documentation.
• Support departmental improvements i.e. tools, templates, and processes.
• Support ongoing process improvement training and implementation.
• Represent the business group within the organization's stakeholders.
