Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Support in organizing and coordinating corporate training sessions, workshops, and development programs.

  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Help in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, training reports, and performance feedback forms.

  • Participate in employee engagement activities and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

  • Assist senior HR professionals in performance management processes, learning initiatives, and policy compliance.

  • Conduct basic research on HR best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide day-to-day support for HR operations and administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR-related experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Internship experience in HR or corporate training will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Occasional flexibility required during training sessions or company events.
