Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our fast-paced Recruitment BPO team. This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment operations by managing candidate pipelines, ensuring smooth hiring processes, and providing excellent HR support to both internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end administrative support for recruitment operations within the BPO function.
Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Communicate with candidates and clients professionally, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
Assist in onboarding activities, including documentation, background verification, and induction coordination.
Prepare HR-related reports, dashboards, and recruitment analytics for management.
Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements across recruitment projects.
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ATS or HRIS systems.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Experience
Minimum 2–4 years of HR or recruitment support experience, preferably within a BPO, shared services, or staffing industry.
Prior exposure to volume hiring and fast-paced recruitment environments will be considered an advantage.
Working Hours
Full-time role, 40 hours per week.
Flexible schedule aligned with client needs (may include evening or weekend availability depending on projects).
