Front of House Server

Are you a people person with a passion for great food, drinks, and exceptional service? Breaks Eatery and Bar, an upscale brunch destination in Hays, Kansas, is looking for enthusiastic front-of-house waitstaff to join our team! What You'll Do

  • Greet guests with a welcoming and happy demeanor, setting the tone for a memorable brunch experience.
  • Provide knowledgeable service by understanding our full menu, drink offerings, and the story behind Breaks Eatery and Bar.
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, engaging service.
  • Support our mission to create a comfortable, upscale dining atmosphere for every guest.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive, upbeat attitude and natural ability to connect with guests.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • The desire to learn about and share knowledge of high-quality food, beverages, and hospitality.
  • Experience in restaurant service is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!

Pay: $14.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
