Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support a high-impact Investment Banking Project. This role is critical in providing financial analysis, market insights, and data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior bankers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, financial modeling, and investment assessments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation analysis to support investment banking transactions.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and pitch books for clients and senior management.
Perform market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
Support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other investment opportunities.
Assist in preparing regulatory and compliance documentation as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of project deliverables.
Monitor financial markets and economic developments that impact investments and project performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of financial statements, investment valuation methods, and capital markets.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or a similar analytical role.
Prior exposure to investment banking transactions (M&A, IPOs, or capital raising) will be a strong advantage.
Working Hours
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Flexibility required to accommodate project deadlines and global time zones.
