The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Office Assistant to support our fast-growing export firm. Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the export and operations team.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (electronic and physical).
Assist with the preparation of shipping documents, invoices, and export-related paperwork.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
Coordinate with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely communication.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Support in monitoring inventory and office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure office efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
Experience
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Internship or part-time office experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Occasional flexibility may be required depending on export schedules.
