Job Summary
The Elite Job, a fast-growing education startup, is looking for a passionate and creative E-Learning Content Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging digital learning materials that empower learners worldwide. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technology teams to create impactful online courses, interactive modules, and multimedia resources that make learning accessible, enjoyable, and effective.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive e-learning content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar).
Translate complex educational concepts into engaging, learner-friendly digital formats.
Collaborate with instructional designers, educators, and SMEs to align content with learning objectives.
Create multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, video scripts, and assessments to enhance learner engagement.
Test and evaluate course materials to ensure quality, functionality, and accessibility across multiple platforms.
Continuously update and improve e-learning content based on learner feedback and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and e-learning best practices.
Maintain version control and accurate documentation of all learning materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong background in instructional design, e-learning development, or digital education.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, etc.).
Solid understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Strong design sense with knowledge of visual communication and user experience principles.
Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging, interactive content.
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive learning design.
Experience
Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in e-learning content development or instructional design.
Experience in an education startup or fast-paced digital learning environment is a plus.
Working Hours
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Flexible working schedule with core collaboration hours between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (GMT).
Remote-first, with opportunities for hybrid arrangements depending on location.
