Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Catalog Specialist to join our growing online store team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings across our e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visibility. You will play a critical role in enhancing the customer shopping experience, driving product discoverability, and supporting overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings with clear titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and pricing.
Conduct regular audits to ensure product data quality, consistency, and compliance with brand standards.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to launch new products effectively and on time.
Monitor product performance and rankings, making recommendations for improvements in content, keywords, and categorization.
Ensure product catalogs are aligned with SEO best practices to improve visibility and online traffic.
Troubleshoot product data issues, coordinate with internal teams, and implement corrective actions.
Keep track of competitor listings and market trends to suggest catalog enhancements.
Manage bulk uploads, data templates, and integrations with online platforms and marketplaces.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data management and bulk uploads.
Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization for product listings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum of 2 years experience in e-commerce catalog management, product listing, or digital merchandising.
Experience working with online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart is highly desirable.
Working Hours
Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility may be required based on business needs).
Hybrid/remote work arrangements may be available depending on location.
