Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search, and display advertising.

  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure ROI and achievement of objectives.

  • Collaborate with event managers, designers, and content teams to produce compelling creatives and tailored messaging.

  • Conduct market research and audience segmentation to identify opportunities for targeted campaigns.

  • Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and optimize them for maximum performance.

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Oversee campaign calendars to align marketing activities with event schedules.

  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in digital campaign management within events, media, or related industries.

  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, SEO, and content marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the events or entertainment industry.

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

Working Hours

  • Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Flexibility is required during event periods, with occasional evenings or weekends.
