Key Responsibilities
Review, validate, and verify data collected from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies in datasets, and take corrective actions when required.
Perform quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity standards.
Collaborate with researchers, analysts, and project managers to align on data requirements and reporting needs.
Maintain detailed documentation of verification processes and audit trails.
Ensure compliance with internal data policies, industry standards, and client-specific requirements.
Support ad-hoc data validation tasks for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database management systems.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong sense of accountability and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in data verification, data entry, research support, or a similar role.
Experience working in a research agency, consultancy, or data-driven organization is an advantage.
Familiarity with data quality assurance tools and techniques is preferred.
Working Hours
Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Flexibility may be required during peak project periods.
Hybrid/remote working arrangements may be available depending on project requirements.
