Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our fast-paced manufacturing unit. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical production and inventory data into our systems. You will play a vital part in ensuring that all records are precise, up to date, and readily available to support operations, production planning, and management reporting. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify production data, inventory records, and shipment details in company databases.

  • Maintain accurate digital and paper records of production schedules, stock levels, and quality control reports.

  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly data reports for supervisors and management teams.

  • Perform quality checks on data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality assurance departments to gather and confirm information.

  • Identify discrepancies, resolve data issues, and escalate concerns to relevant team members.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality guidelines, and data security standards.

  • Support administrative tasks related to recordkeeping, filing, and documentation as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or certification in office administration is a plus).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with database management systems.

  • Strong typing speed with excellent accuracy.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of data entry, clerical, or administrative experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Prior experience with ERP systems or inventory management software will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week.

  • Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional overtime based on production needs).
