Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions for airline passengers.
Assist customers with booking, check-in, flight changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries.
Handle escalated complaints with professionalism, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams and airline partners to provide seamless service.
Follow company and airline policies while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
Proactively identify and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with standard office software and customer service systems.
Experience
Minimum of 1–2 years in customer service, hospitality, travel, or a related field (airline or airport experience is highly desirable).
Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
