Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring excellent service and resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the database.
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups to ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
Handle office administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, correspondence, and report preparation.
Support the management team with day-to-day operational activities.
Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with relevant departments to enhance service delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Assist in managing supplies, vendor coordination, and office maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven customer service experience or administrative support experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience
1–3 years of experience in customer service, office administration, or related fields.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible depending on business needs).
Occasional overtime may be required to meet operational deadlines.
