Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for new customers during the onboarding phase.
Guide clients step-by-step through product setup, account activation, and platform navigation.
Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handovers and continuity.
Understand customer goals and tailor the onboarding experience to align with their business needs.
Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational materials to customers.
Monitor onboarding progress, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.
Collect customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities in CRM tools and dashboards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to explain complex FinTech solutions in a simple and engaging manner.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or account management, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or tech startups.
Experience working with financial platforms, digital payment systems, or banking technology is highly desirable.
Working Hours
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
