Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for new customers during the onboarding phase.

  • Understand customer goals and tailor the onboarding experience to align with their business needs.

  • Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational materials to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience working with financial platforms, digital payment systems, or banking technology is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
