Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly with a problem-solving approach.

  • Collaborate with travel partners, airlines, and internal departments to resolve issues effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.

  • Provide information on travel packages, itineraries, and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Uphold company service standards and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or travel booking systems.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and people skills are also encouraged to apply.
