As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that user-generated content on our social media app is safe, compliant, and aligned with community guidelines. Key Responsibilities
Review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, and other media) in line with internal policies and community guidelines.
Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or abusive content in a timely manner.
Report emerging trends, potential risks, and policy gaps to the moderation leadership team.
Maintain a high level of accuracy, speed, and consistency in decision-making.
Provide constructive feedback to improve content standards and moderation processes.
Collaborate with internal teams (Policy, Safety, Customer Support) to uphold platform integrity.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation tools and workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to remain objective, calm, and professional when handling sensitive content.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using digital platforms, online communities, and social media tools.
Strong ethical judgment with the ability to apply company guidelines consistently.
Experience
Previous experience in content moderation, community management, trust & safety, or customer support is highly desirable.
Familiarity with social media platforms and online community dynamics is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
Flexible shifts available (day, evening, night, and weekend coverage may be required).
Full-time positions with structured schedules.
