About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Provide service coverage for clients, including cultivating and enhancing new and existing relationships
  • Execute transactions at the request of clients or management
  • Answer general questions concerning client accounts, relay stock positions, and provide account balances

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service

  • Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships
  • Execute transactions at the request of clients or management

Administrative Support

  • Answer inbound calls or make outbound calls with updates on service requests
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings or events

Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma/Equivalency
  • College degree preferred
  • Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of financial services products
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills
