Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding banking products and services.
Assist clients with account information, transaction inquiries, card services, and online banking support.
Handle customer complaints with empathy, providing solutions or escalating issues to the relevant department.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
Meet daily performance targets for call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and banking regulations.
Provide timely follow-up and maintain excellent communication with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Professional phone etiquette with a customer-first approach.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer data.
Computer literacy and proficiency with call center software, CRM systems, and MS Office tools.
Experience
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or banking-related environment preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
Full-time position with rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 call center environment.
