About the Role

Votiko Solutions is hiring Call Center Executives to join our international BPO team. This is a permanent work from home job, perfect for candidates with international calling experience. If you’re looking for a stable WFH career and have good English communication skills, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients

  • Work on telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, and surveys

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Achieve daily/weekly targets while working independently

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an international call center or BPO

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Age below 40 preferred

  • Must have a laptop/desktop and a reliable broadband connection

  • 12th pass candidates with relevant experience can also apply
